Udyog Urja is our organization. The refund policy of your membership plan will be as follows:

• Membership cancellations received within 10 business days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund.

​

• Cancellations received after the 15 days stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

​

• Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail and must be received by the stated 15 days cancellation deadline.

​

• All benefits and incentives received by the member must be cancelled/returned to the Udyog Urja.

​

• All refund requests must be made by the member or account holder.

​

• Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.

​

• Refunds will be credited back to the original account used for payment.

​

• The above policies apply to all Udyog Urja memberships plans.
